Mark Pasculli graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Fresno State University and with a law degree from San Joaquin College of Law. After practicing law, Mark worked in the manufacturing, construction, property management and insurance industries for almost 20 years before acquiring Cleanup and Total Restoration. Since acquiring CTR, the Company has expanded by opening locations in Payette, Lewiston and Twin Falls. These offices have enabled CTR to provide a full range of cleanup and restoration services to communities throughout Southwestern Idaho, Northwestern Idaho, Southeastern Washington, Central and Eastern Oregon.

Linda Cole was born and raised in Central California and began working in insurance claims for State Farm Insurance in 1969. She held many positions in various claims offices including that of a field adjuster for 9 years prior to being promoted to management. She retired as a manager in the claims department for State Farm after 35 years, and it was at that time, the opportunity to acquire CTR presented itself. Linda handles marketing, personnel and insurance matters for the company.

Shawn Davenport grew up in Southwest Idaho and held various positions in the agricultural industry before joining CTR in his current position over 12 years ago. Shawn has worked hands on in every aspect of CTR's operations over the years.

Todd Newell is a native of Boise, Idaho. He worked in construction for five years before starting his own handyman business that he ran for 19 years. During that time he handled all phases of construction from minor repairs to ground up residential construction.  Todd Joined the CTR team of professionals in 2004 where he was an estimnator and assistant manager in the McCall office.  In August of 2011 he was promoted to General Manager/Estimator in the Boise/Garden City office.

Jim Grindall grew up in the construction industry in Southwest Idaho and has over 25 years of experience in all phases of residential and light commercial construction. Jim has also worked in the retail end of the construction industry for several years establishing his customer service skills. Jim joined CTR in early 2005 to help establish the shop in the Payette and the greater Ontario, Oregon area. Jim has received intensive training in the restoration industry that has allowed him to effectively manage jobs and customer relations.

Sergio was born and raised in the Weiser/Payette area and moved to Nampa, ID in 2001. Since beginning his career with CTR in 2006 he has been certified in water mitigation, mold remediation, lead removal and asbestos abatement. Sergio is the proud father of three and in his spare times he enjoys camping, fishing and target shooting with his family.

Crissie joined the CTR team as a Customer Service and Marketing Representative in February, 2008. She is an Idaho native who spent many years working in the non-profit sector, marketing a mission and vision in the community. Crissie holds a producers license in the State of Idaho and her experience in the insurance industry provides her with the knowledge of insurance company concerns with respect to mitigation and restoration. With a degree in accounting, she pays close attention to details while providing excellent customer service. Since joining CTR she has added a new dimension to our team of professionals.

Alyssa Reno
Accounting Assistant, Boise/Garden City

Alyssa was born in Colorado but moved to Idaho with her family as a young girl. She was raised in Boise, ID where she attended local schools and graduated from Timberline High School in 2005. She joined the staff at CTR in August of 2009.

Rob Traudt has been with CTR since 2000. He was hired in McCall where he worked for several years before transferring to the Boise location. His background consists of 11 years experience in construction and restoration plus 3 years as a construction superintendant for a local contractor. Rob was promoted to General Manager of our Twin Falls location in June of 2010.

Bruce Prindle was born and raised in northern Idaho where he grew up building and remodeling with his father in the Lewis-Clark Valley. He has been in the residential and light commercial industry for over 25 years and has been involved in every stage of construction from excavation to project completion. He moved to McCall in 2005 and began his employment with CTR in April of 2007, before returning to Lewiston as the General Manager.

Eric Blackner grew up in southern Idaho before moving up to Garden Valley, ID. Eric held various positions in retail as well as a gas station manager prior to making a change to the construction industry. He has a natural talent in this field and quickly became proficient in all aspects of the construction process. Eric moved to Lewiston in 2009 and joined the CTR team. He is certified as a water damage technician and is now an estimator in our Lewiston office.

Tammy was raised and graduated from high school in Deary, ID. Tammy is very active in her church and held various administrative positions before joining CTR as a Marketing Representative in 2009. She has been married to her husband Bruce since 1990. They reside in Lewiston with their two daughters, a son, and their six year old black lab, Rugar (and she points out that Rugar is the most obedient of all their children).
