CTR Lewiston helps worthy cause...
I want to thank you for your support during the tournament. It was such a pleasure to meet you and to talk with your daughter. Have her email me and I can send her information on the different foundations that work with victims of Human Trafficking. Next year's tournament is set for September 29th at Quail Ridge. After the dust settles I will start the push for sponsors and if you are interested I would love your help. It was just amazing what you accomplished in such a short time.

Got Lint? Kudos to Jim Grindall!
Hello,   I just got off the phone with Mr. Brown. He is my insured out in Nampa/Caldwell who had a fairly new house with the disconnected dryer vent under the house. He had called me and asked about the heat coming from the floor, and if it could be claimed on his homeowner?s insurance. After explaining to him that first we would have to see if there was any damage and determine the source of the damage. I called CTR to inquire how to proceed in situation like this. One of your guys stopped by and took a look. He took pictures of the mess in the crawlspace and explained everything to my elderly clients. I spoke to Mr. Brown today and we discussed how he resolved his troubles. He ended up connecting the vents himself. He finished his comments with superior comments for the worker who visited him, ? he was understanding and gracious.? He then concluded, ?if I ever need anything, am will certainly use them!? Just so you know!   Brenda Hahn &#...

CTR and IBWN
Hi Linda, I attended an event with Crissie for the Idaho Business Women? Network last week on April 21. She was one the featured business spotlights at the luncheon. First, I was happy to provide the testimonial of what great work CTR does for my clients. I shared that while I first started referring business to CTR because of my personal relationship with Crissie, I continue to exclusively refer all of my claims to CTR because of the consistent great service you provide. I shared that while I try to get all my clients to call you first, you have actually came in after the fact, after the client has started working with a different restoration company and fixed what went sideways. I am a big believer in doing business with people you know, like and trust, and I think that CTR is awesome. I also wanted to share a little something about Crissie and how she represents CTR. When we first arrived, many women greeted her and gathered around to chat. You can tell that sh...

Kudos to Tom Lockwood
Hi Alan! I wanted to take just a minute to drop you a note about Tom Lockwood and the work he did at our house on March 26 and 27, 2011. As you know, we had some challenges with getting the work done so I could get the house ready for the movers on March 31. Tom and another CTR employee showed up at our place on Saturday ready to get the work done and done correctly. They worked hard that day, and Tom returned the next day, Sunday, to finish up and make sure things were done to our satisfaction. We appreciated his attitude and determination to get it right. Please make this note a part of Tom?s employee file and let him know how much we appreciated his work. Thanks! Joni Harkless

"Adios Asbestos"
CTR says ?Adios Asbestos? CTR is now certified in Asbestos Abatement! CTR is currently the only Restoration Contractor in the State of Idaho with this certification! Asbestos is a mineral fiber that has been used commonly in a variety of building construction materials for insulation and as a fire-retardant. Because of its fiber strength and heat resistant properties, asbestos has been used for a wide range of manufactured goods, mostly in building materials (roofing shingles, ceiling and floor tiles, paper products, and asbestos cement products), friction products (automobile clutch, brake, and transmission parts), heat-resistant fabrics, packaging, gaskets, and coatings.   When asbestos-containing materials are damaged or disturbed by repair, remodeling or demolition activities, microscopic fibers become airborne and can be inhaled into the lungs, where they can cause significant health problems.

Customer Testimonial
We cannot thank CTR for everything. I emailed the company one evening, and by morning I had received a phone call! They sent someone over the same day that I received the call! I was so amazed at the speedy response time The company continued to impress me as the representative, Jim, took me through the house and gave pointers on what we could do to help improve different ?issues?. He then went and gave us direction and advice on the problem that we had called on. He helped us figure out what we needed to do in order to get the issue resolved, and how to get the insurance involved. Before I knew it, the insurance agent had worked it out with Jim, we received a check from the insurance for CTR, and Jim was here at the house working diligently to remedy the problem. The work was thorough, clean, and impressive. Jim told us to give him a call if we needed anything else, and he was overly kind in walking us through (step by step) on some other ?projects? that we need to do. ...
