I attended an event with Crissie for the Idaho Business Women’ Network last week on April 21. She was one the featured business spotlights at the luncheon. First, I was happy to provide the testimonial of what great work CTR does for my clients. I shared that while I first started referring business to CTR because of my personal relationship with Crissie, I continue to exclusively refer all of my claims to CTR because of the consistent great service you provide. I shared that while I try to get all my clients to call you first, you have actually came in after the fact, after the client has started working with a different restoration company and fixed what went sideways. I am a big believer in doing business with people you know, like and trust, and I think that CTR is awesome.

I also wanted to share a little something about Crissie and how she represents CTR. When we first arrived, many women greeted her and gathered around to chat. You can tell that she is a valued member of this group. I thought you would find it interesting that I counted 5 or 6 comments about her outfit and how great she looked. You and I have discussed her unique style, and I wanted to let you know that it is well received in the public eye. She wore black with the polka dot shirt and boots too match and looked fabulous. After her presentation, someone held up the card and asked if her if it was her boots on the card. It’s quite clever. When I see rain boots, I think of CTR. When I think of CTR, I know my clients will be taken care of.
