Hi Alan!

I wanted to take just a minute to drop you a note about Tom Lockwood and the work he did at our house on March 26 and 27, 2011. As you know, we had some challenges with getting the work done so I could get the house ready for the movers on March 31. Tom and another CTR employee showed up at our place on Saturday ready to get the work done and done correctly. They worked hard that day, and Tom returned the next day, Sunday, to finish up and make sure things were done to our satisfaction. We appreciated his attitude and determination to get it right.
Please make this note a part of Tom’s employee file and let him know how much we appreciated his work.
