We cannot thank CTR for everything.

I emailed the company one evening, and by morning I had received a phone call! They sent someone over the same day that I received the call! I was so amazed at the speedy response time

The company continued to impress me as the representative, Jim, took me through the house and gave pointers on what we could do to help improve different ‘issues’. He then went and gave us direction and advice on the problem that we had called on. He helped us figure out what we needed to do in order to get the issue resolved, and how to get the insurance involved. Before I knew it, the insurance agent had worked it out with Jim, we received a check from the insurance for CTR, and Jim was here at the house working diligently to remedy the problem.

The work was thorough, clean, and impressive. Jim told us to give him a call if we needed anything else, and he was overly kind in walking us through (step by step) on some other ‘projects’ that we need to do. Jim, in my opinion, went above and beyond the call of duty. He put his all into our house project, and I cannot thank him enough.

So Jim! Thank you so much for all you did! I appreciate everything, and your willingness to work with us towards completing the job.
